Intelligent design means you are only required to answer questions that are relevant to your matter. For example, if there is only one vendor, the questions for more vendors are “greyed” out and skipped.

Dialog boxes are colour coded – red asterix means mandatory information should be entered and this is highlighted in the dialog box in red text; blue boxes show all required information has been entered and grey boxes indicate where information is required to be entered.

The answers entered for each question are saved in an answer file and reused for other documents. This significantly reduces the time taken to produce a document and makes editing fast and simple.
