JusticeLink is the new electronic filing service for the NSW Supreme, District and Local courts.
In order to electronically lodge documents with Justicelink, an XML file needs to be created and uploaded to the Justicelink website.
The Softdocs UCPR precedents have been updated to enable both a paper copy (for signature) and an XML copy (for lodgement) to be generated.
Once the XML copy is generated it is saved to a nominated directory on your system so that it can be uploaded via the Justicelink website.
