Lawdocs Document Organiser is an economical and effective ‘library’ system that allows you to organise precedents as well as client and general documents.

Lawdocs lets you quickly and accurately assemble documents from precedent templates including graphical forms. Lawdocs then organises client and general documents in a central database and manages their storage by linking them to the relevant matter, recording the creation date, the author and staff member who prepared it.

Furthermore, any file type recognised by Windows ( i.e: emails, pdf, excel spreadsheets and scanned documents) can be stored on the database providing firms with a complete paper trail for each matter.

Providing the basic document functionality required by most legal practices, Lawdocs can be installed as a standalone system or integrated with other ODBC database systems.
