Training & support services


Support means more than just installation.

If you need help at any time with your software, our support team is there for you. Softdocs service continues well after installation to make sure you’re getting the most from your software.

Ongoing support and maintenance is provided for all software products supplied by Softdocs. This support is provided from our Sydney office during normal business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm AEST).

Support calls can be logged by telephone, fax, email or via this website and will be attended to quickly. Software maintenance is specifically for Lawdocs and the Forms and Precedents and includes enhancements to the software that will be made from time to time and all changes required as a result of legislation amendments.

Consulting services

Softdocs provides full project management to ensure that the project is delivered on time.

We also provide advice and guidance on the general administration of Lawdocs and the Forms and Precedents. Furthermore, you can choose to do your Lawdocs user training either in our offices in Ryde or on-site.

Importantly, Softdocs also run comprehensive training courses for HotDocs developers for firms that wish to code their own forms and precedents.
